These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sage (the "Service"), provided by Clarity Works, Inc. ("Clarity Works," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts and connected services

Some features require you to connect third-party accounts, such as Google Calendar. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access and use that data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect a connected account at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Your content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Works will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
